The Aqaba Development Corporation (ADC) invites international and local firms with proven experience in exhibition operation to participate in this RFP for the management, operation, and development of Aqaba International Exhibition Center, located in Aqaba, Aqaba International Exhibition Center is an exceptional opportunity to create an exciting addition to tourism and MICE business in Aqaba. The selected partner will be tasked with ensuring the efficient day-to-day operation, commercial growth, and long-term development of the exhibition, with key responsibilities including:

1.Exhibition Management and Operations: to manage operation center venue day-to-day.
2.Commercial Development: Attract world-class events, grow exhibitions tourism, optimize exhibition utilization, enhance community engagement, Attract MICE industry exhibitions/ conferences, events and corporate customers and provide additional aspects for tourists staying in or visiting Aqaba.
3.Stakeholder Engagement: Build strong community relations, focusing on public interests and economic development

Noting that:
1. The Interested firms should notify ADC by sending e-mail to tenders@adc.jo  before/ on Sunday, July 13th, 2025, at 16:00 (In Jordan local time).
2. The bidder will be encouraged to undertake a site visit of the AIEC venue on Sunday, July 20th, 2025, at 11:00 (In Jordan local time). and the time will be arranged in advance by ADC (Jordan local time).
3. For any inquiries please don’t hesitate to contact tenders@adc.jo on Wednesday, July 23ed 2025.
4. The Submission deadline according to the RFP via Email to tenders@adc.jo before/ on Sunday, Aug 10th, 2025, at 16:00 (In Jordan local time).
5. ADC has the right to cancel the tender or re-bid it again without giving reasons and without any financial or legal obligations.
