The Aqaba Development Corporation (ADC) invites international companies with proven experience in airport operation and maintenance to participate in this RFQ for the management, operation, and development of King Hussein International Airport, located in Aqaba, Jordan King Hussein International Airport is a key hub in Aqaba Special Economic Zone (ASEZ) and is currently operated by Aqaba Airports Company. The selected partner will be tasked with ensuring the efficient day-to-day operation, commercial growth, and long-term development of the airport, with key responsibilities including:
1.Airport Management and Operations: Oversee airfield, terminals, and related assets while ensuring operational efficiency, compliance with aviation standards, and capacity management for future growth.
2.Commercial Development: Drive non-aeronautical revenue through retail, leasing, and services, strengthen airline relationships, and enhance customer experience.
3.Investment and Infrastructure Development: Identify investment opportunities and develop modern, sustainable infrastructure to support long-term growth.
4.Safety, Security, and Environmental Compliance: Maintain safety and security standards, implement environmental sustainability practices, and ensure emergency preparedness.
5.Stakeholder Engagement: Build strong community relations, focusing on public interests and economic development

Noting that:
1-The last day for receiving questions & inquiries must be in writing via email to tenders@adc.jo  on Sunday, January 19th 2025.
2-The Submission deadline according to the RFQ via Email before / on Monday, February 10th 2025 at 4:00 pm (In Jordan local time).
3-ADC has the right to cancel the tender or re-bid it again without giving reasons and without any financial or legal obligations.
