Aqaba Development Corporation (ADC) invites international firms with proven experience in racetrack operations and management to participate in this RFP for the management and operation of Aqaba International Circuit (AIC), located in Aqaba, Jordan.

Aqaba International Circuit (AIC) is a flagship motorsport and entertainment asset within the Aqaba Special Economic Zone (ASEZ). The selected partner will be responsible for managing the circuit’s daily operations, driving its commercial potential, and guiding its long-term growth and expansion. Key responsibilities will include Management & Operations, Marketing & Promotion, Business Development, Revenue Generation & Financial Management, Facility Maintenance & Improvements, Community Engagement & Social Responsibility.

Any firm who wants to participate in this tender must send via email to tenders@adc.jo showing their interest to get the tender document before Wednesday, September 10, 2025.

Noting that:
1-The site visit for applicants will be on Wednesday, September 17, 2025, at 11:00 am (In Jordan local time) at ADC’s offices (Noted that the site is under construction).
2-Last day for receiving inquiries and clarifications on Wednesday September 24, 2025 via email to tenders@adc.jo.
3-The Submission deadline according to the RFP via email to tenders@adc.jo before/ on Wednesday, October 15, 2025, at 16:00 (In Jordan local time).
4-ADC has the right to cancel the tender or re-bid it again without giving reasons and without any financial or legal obligations.
