Aqaba Development Corporation invites qualified local and international contractors with proven experience to submit bids for

AQABA OIL & GAS TERMINAL DEVELOPMENT PROJECT
 Bid No. (26/A/2026)

The project is located south of the city of Aqaba in the Southern Industrial Zone. The project consists of two packages: Package 1 includes but is not limited to: Rehabilitation of petroleum product pipelines of various sizes and their accessories (Supports, structures, Valves) including rectification of painting defects, inspection and repair of pipe welds. Rectification and overall maintenance of Products booster pumps. Inspection, maintenance, testing & commissioning of LPG booster pumps. Rectification of two overhead cranes, Rectification and calibration of some instrumentations, including pressure indicators, Thermal relief valves (TRV) Motorized valves errors and Level switch. Package 2 includes but is not limited to: Rehabilitation of control rooms (4 prefab control rooms), security rooms, replacing them with concrete control rooms, including infrastructure works and all required services. Removal of unused tanks and equipment previously used for exporting crude oil. Rehabilitate the exiting gate in order to improve safety and security with installation of tire killer. Cracks treatment for oil berth dolphins and trestle with inspection, maintenance, repair, and re-installation of oil berth concrete slabs, removing and extending the jetty platform (Extended part of jetty platform). Installation lighting system at pipelines beside booster pumps. Installation of stripping pumps at LPG Terminal, Replacement of drain line path for slop tank of LPG booster pumps, Rehabilitation of the existing closed drain drum,  Rectification of cone sealing issue of all truck loading arms, Conversion of manual valves to motor operated valves, Remote Operation of Shut-Off Valves on the Main Pipeline alongside and near the Entrance Gate, upgrading of firefighting system, and all necessary works, including executing all safety studies and implementing general safety requirements, while taking into account all rehabilitation works.

Important Notes:
1-International contractors are required to form a consortium with a first-grade local contractor specializing in electromechanical work.
2-The site visit for applicants will be on Sunday, April 19, 2026, at 11:00 am. (In Jordan local time) at ADC’s offices, please send copies of your passport or personal ID for the person who will attend the site visit from your side before April 29, 2026, to arrange the permits to access the site.
3-Last date for receiving questions & Clarifications on Wednesday May 13, 2026, by email to tenders@adc.jo or Fax: +96232039114.
4-The final date for submitting the offers according to the Tender Document is by hand at Tenders Unit in ADC’s offices before/ on Monday June 15, 2026, at 12:00 pm (In Jordan local time).
5-A bid bond with a value of (215,000.000) JOD must be included the proposal in a sealed and separate envelope, in the form of a certified cheque or bank guarantee from an operating bank in Jordan, any proposal did not include with a bid bond valid for at least (180) days will be void and overlooked.

6-As per Stamp and Imports Duty Law No 20-year 2001, fees are required for this bid.
7-ADC has the right to cancel the bid or re-tender it again without giving reasons and without this cancellation or re-submission resulting in any financial or legal obligations.
8-The consortium must submit, in two separate envelopes, his technical proposal and his financial proposal, including two hard copies and a soft copy of each of the completed deliverables of the bid documents sealed and signed by him. Offers that include any conditions or reservations contrary to the TOR or the bid invitation will not be considered.
