Aqaba Development Company invites international companies for operation and maintenance services with experience:

Management, Operation & Maintenance Services for ADC’s Oil & LPG Terminal Facilities
Tender No(35/A/2024)

The Oil & Liquid Petroleum Gas Terminal is located in the Aqaba Southern Port inside the Aqaba Special Economic Zone (‘ASEZ’) and is under the regulatory control of the Aqaba Special Economic Zone Authority (‘ASEZA’).
It is used for importing & exporting crude oil, liquified petroleum gas, petroleum products, and chemicals. These are supplied via two jointly used jetties, the Oil Jetty and the LPG Jetty. The operations also include road tanker loading with crude oil and occasionally with petroleum products.

The two jetties and the truck loading together with piping and auxiliary facilities form the Oil & LPG Terminal (Terminal Facilities’) which is owned by Aqaba Development Corporation (ADC) to the storage facilities (which are owned by other private and governmental companies) outside the Terminal. The terminal is currently under the management of Aqaba Company for Ports Operation & Management (ACPOM). Current operator of the Terminal Facilities on behalf and under the management of ACPOM is the Jordan Petroleum Refining Company (‘JPRC’).

Any firm who wants to participate in this tender must send an email to tenders@adc.jo showing their interest to get the tender documents before Monday, November 11, 2024.

Noting that:
1-Gathering for the site visit for applicants will be on Wednesday, November 20, 2024, at 11:00 am (In Jordan local time) at the offices of ADC.
2-Last day for receiving questions & inquiries on Wednesday, November 27, 2024. by email to tenders@adc.jo OR to Fax No. : +96232039114.
3-The final date for submitting the offer according to the Tender Document by hand at the Tenders Department of ADC offices before/ on Sunday, December 15, 2024 at 2:00 pm (In Jordan local time).
4-A bid bond in the value of (100,000.000) JOD must accompany the bid in a sealed and separate envelope in the form of a certified cheque or bank guarantee from a bank  in Jordan, any bid not accompanied with a bid bond valid for at least (180) days.     
5-As per Stamp and Imports Duty Law No. 20 -year 2001, fees are required for this tender.
6-ADC has the right to cancel the tender or re-bid it again without giving reasons and without any financial or legal obligations.
7-The bidder must submit, in two separate envelopes, his technical offer and his financial offer, including two hard copies and a soft copy of each of the completed deliverables of the bid documents sealed and signed by him. Offers that include any conditions or reservations contrary to RFP or tender invitation will not be considered
