King Hussein International Airport (KHIA) in Aqaba is a 24-hour, all-weather airport with a 3000m-long, 45m-wide runway. KHIA has been declared an “open skies” facility. ADC undertook turning the airport into a profitable business unit and smoothly transitioning it from a public entity to a private company while ensuring that airport operations are not disrupted.
