Al Madaen Markets is located in the heart of Aqaba, and is certain to become an attraction for both locals and tourists, with a total construction area of 14,000 square meters.  This mixed-use development is the first of its type in the city and it offers a variety of an open-space shops and stores, restaurants and offices for rent, along with public services facilities. 

This commercial center has an underground car park with 102 spaces, and other parking spaces that fit almost 300 cars in total. In addition, the project was designed while implanting a state-of-the-art architectural and technical details; including the process of loading, unloading goods, and disposal of waste, along with a high-level of services. 

Currently, Al Madaen Market is the home to the Civil Services Bureau, Jordan Gaming Lap, and other shops.

Al Madaen Market is owned by ADC but managed by Aqaba Facilities Management Co.
